At Scrapbook Street our aim is to provide you with quality products at affordable prices, together with fast, efficient and personalised service.
At Scrapbook Street you are always welcome to come and browse and stay awhile.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment methods accepted are -
1. PayPal - This is a safe and secure way to pay for your purchases - you can pay using your credit card (please note, you do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card to make your payment) - alternatively, if you do have a PayPal account, you can pay for your purchases using your account. The choice is yours. If you would like to know more about using PayPal to pay for your purchases, you can visit their website at www.paypal.com.au , where you will find information regarding this payment method. When you make a payment using PayPal, PayPal will email you a receipt for your transaction. You will also receive an email from Scrapbook Street confirming that we have received your order.
2. Direct Deposit - If you choose to pay via direct deposit, you will find our bank details as you continue on through the checkout procedure. You will also receive an email as confirmation that we have received your order; at the bottom of this email you will also find our bank details.
A quick note about bank transfer processing. When paying by direct deposit please ensure your order number is shown. Transfer of fund can sometime take a couple of days to be visible, especial those made Friday evening, weekends and Monday.
3. Money order or cheque - If this is the payment method that you choose, as you proceed through checkout you will receive our address details and who to make your money order or cheque payable to. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
4. Credit Card - To ensure your security we have chosen to use PayPal to accept credit card payments. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to make payment by credit card. Simply choose “PayPal” as your method on the payment section of the checkout, when you are redirected to the PayPal website, there is an option there to pay with credit card. Follow the instructions on the website.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If an item you have ordered is unavailable we will not place it on backorder specifically requested, if it has already been paid for we will refund the amount of the item.
We would appreciate if you could finalise placement of your order and payment of your purchases within a time frame of one week, as this enables us to get your goods purchased off to you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING & POSTAGE DETAILS
Whether you choose to pay by PayPal, direct deposit or cheque/money order, once we can view your payment in our bank account your purchases will be mailed to you as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We charge a flat rate for postage and handling of $5.50.
Please ensure you have provided us with your correct mailing details.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. All items are packed carefully to ensure they arrive to you in excellent condition.
If you are local, you are more than welcome to pickup orders. Please note "Pick Up" in the comments section of the checkout process. Once your order is ready we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to pick up.
Where possible we will mail your purchase within 48 hours of your payment being visible in our bank account. We will also send you an email to let you know your purchase has been mailed to you.
PRICES
The prices for all products in our online store, are inclusive of GST. The total amount of your order is also inclusive of GST.
Please note when you register on our site, we may from time to time email or mail to you special offers, free gifts etc. If you do not wish us to do this please email us at info@scrapbookstreet.com.au and advise us that you would prefer we did not contact you via email or mail with special offers, free gifts etc.

You, as our customer, are of great importance to us. We guarantee all products to be priced competitively. All our products are packed with great care and shipped to you as quickly as possible. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchases, please contact us and we will be happy to come to an agreement to please you.
